Message to Veladimir Putin

As an ordinary citizen, I do believe, If there is any organized terrorism in the world, the governments are to blame more than ordinary citizens, why? because ordinary citizens do not produce any guns! Then, in order to fix the issue why don't governments pay more attention to libertarians and those ordinary citizens who can live a life despite knowing the fact that there "are" governments, and there "are" organizations, but let's just not be obsessed with them like terrorists! I dont think believing in government's holiness is a constructive approach towards deleting terrorism from the world, in contrary, it is exactly the opposite approach that can reduce terrorism! and when I say libertarian, i do refer to creativity and using brain and wisdom and blah blah blah instead of stupid hardliner liberals!
